Abstract: THIS IS A ONE-TIME STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFECT OF THE OKLAHOMA UTILIZATION REVIEW SYSTEM (OURS) ON HOSPITAL UTILIZATION AND RUALITY OF CARE IN THAT STATE. THE STUDY WILL COMPARE OURS RESULTS WITH CURRENT PSRD REVIEW RESULTS.
