Abstract: THIS EVALUATION WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE EXTENT TO WHICH BATTERED WOMEN CURRENTLY RECEIVE NEEDED SERVICES, THE EXTENT TO WHICH EXISTING PROGRAM FUNDS ARE AND CAN BE REDIRECTED TO THESE PRIORITIES, AND THE EXTENT TO WHICH CLARIFICATION AND MODIFICATION OF EXISTING HHS STATUES, REGULATIONS, AND PRACTICES WOULD FACILITATE IMPROVED SERVICE DELIVERY.
