Abstract: HANDBOOK NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR SESAS TO DETERMINE A WORKER'S ENTITLEMENT TO ALLOWANCE UNDER THE TRADE ACT OF 1974. FORMS ARE DESIGNED TO ELICIT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO DETERMINE A WORKER'S ELIGIBILITY FOR ALLOWANCES PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS STATUE.
