Abstract: HANDBOOK NECESSARY IN ORDER FOR SESAS TO DETERMINE A WORKER'S ENTITLEMENT TO ALLOWANCE UNDER THE TRADE ACT OF 1974. FORMS ARE DESIGNED TO ELICIT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO DETERMINE A WORKER'S ELIGIBILITY FOR ALLOWANCES PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS STATUE. USE OF THESE FORMS IS ESSENTIAL TO THE OPERATION OF THE ALLOWANCES PORTION OF THE TRADE PROGRAM AS THERE ARE NO OTHER FORMS THAT CAN BE USED TO GATHER REQUIRED INFORMATION TO DETERMINE INDIVIDUAL ELIGIBILITY
