ACCEPT PETITIONS FOR CERTIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY FOR
ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE FILED BY GROUPS OF WORKERS OR THEIR CERTIFIED
OR RECOGNIZED UNION OR DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. DATA IS
COLLECTED PURSUANT TO THE PRECEDING SECTION.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
