Abstract: TFCS IS A MECHANISM BY WHICH BILLING ORGANIZATIONS CAN HAVE PAYMENTS TRANSFERRED BY WIRE THROUGH THE FEDERAL RESERVE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (FRCS). THIS SYSTEM WILL EXPEDITE FUNDS BEING DEPOSITED IN THE U. S. TREASURY. DATA FROM THIS FORM WILL ENABLE THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY TO CREDIT DEPOSITS TO THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY LOCATION CODE.
