Abstract: THIS SYSTEM COLLECTS AND MAINTAINS A LISTING OF THE CAPABILITIES OF SMALL FIRMS WHICH ARE INTERESTED IN BIDDING ON GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS. AGENCIES SUCH AS DOE ARE USING THE LISTING TO SELECT SMALL FIRMS AS SOURCES FOR FEDERAL PROCUREMENT. THE STATUTORY AUTHORITY IS SEC. 8(B) 2 OF P.L. 85-536.
