Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (PL 93-383,88 STAT.,633). SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES AND PROJECT OWNERS TO REPORT DATA UTILIZED IN DETERMINING ELIGIBLITY OF FAMILIES PARTICIPATING IN PROGRAM.
