Abstract: THE DATA IS NEEDED TO FILL A GAP IN METALLURGICAL DATA AND SUPPLY METALLURGICAL GUIDANCE FOR BOTH GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY TECHNICAL PERSONNEL. THE DATA OBTAINED FROM THE SURVEY WILL BE USED BY GOVERN MENT, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, RESEARCH OGANIZATIONS, INDUSTRY AND THE PUBLIC.
