Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORM IS TO ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE FOR THE ECONOMIC REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION TO MAINTAIN A CURRENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE ELECTRIC ENERGY SUPPLY SYSTEMS IN THE U.S. SO THAT APPROPRIATE FEDERAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE MEASURES ARE IMPLEMENTED IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER.
