Abstract: P.L. 96-378, SMALL VESSEL INSPECTION AND MANNING, REQUIRES THAT ALL EXISTING OFFSHORE SUPPLY VESSELS AS DEFINED IN THE ACT MUST BE REGISTERED BY THE OWNER WITH THE COAST GUARD ON OR BEFORE 6 JANUARY 1981. THIS FORM WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF P.L. 96-378. THIS FORM WILL ALSO SET THE MANNING LEVEL FOR THE VESSELS AS REQUIRED BY THE ACT.
