Abstract: THE ED-700 CITES THOSE DISBURSEMENTS AND REPAYMENTS MADE DURING THE QUARTER AND THE AMOUNT OF OUTSTANDING LOAN BALANCES FOR EDA GUARANTEED LOANS, WHICH IS USED TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF EDA CONTINGENT LIABILITY, AND TO CALCULATE AND BILL THE LENDING INSTITUTION FOR THE GUARANTY FEE. THIS INFORMATION IS RECORDED INTO THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
