Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE CURRENT STATE OF THE ART APPLICATION OF QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMS IN NUCLEAR MEDICINE FACILITIES. THE DATA WILL PROVIDE BASELINE INFORMATION FOR EVALUATING THE IMPACT OF AGENCY VOLUNTARY RECOMMENDATIONS IN THIS AREA.
