Abstract: THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF EXTENDED UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE EXHAUSTED THEIR NORMAL BENEFITS. THE NOTICE WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICE NOT ON THE BOARD'S RECORDS NEEDED BY A RAILROAD EMPLOYEE TO QUALIFY FOR THE EXTENDED BENEFITS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR OBTAINING VERIFIED RECORDS OF THE SERVICE FOR INCLUSION WITH THE SERVICE ALREADY IN THE BOARD'S FILES
