Abstract: PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A LIST OF FARM OPERATORS WITHIN EACH STATE. CONTROL DATA IS ASKED FOR USE IN DRAWING MORE EFFICIENT SAMPLES. INFORMATION USED IN DRAWING THE VARIOUS PROBABILITY AND NON-PROBABILITY SAMPLES FOR ESCS SURVEYS. THERE IS NO SUMMARIZATION OR PUBLICATION RESULTING DIRECTLY FROM THIS SURVEY.
