Abstract: BECAUSE OF THE CRITICAL SHORTFALL OF RESERVE PHYSICIANS, THIS SURVEY IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN INFORMATION AS TO WHAT WILL ATTRACT PHYSICIANS TO JOIN AND REMAIN IN THE RESERVES. THE RESULTING DATA WILL BE UTILIZ BY OSD IN THE FORMATION OF MORE ATTRACTIVE AND SATISFYING LONG RANGE RESERVE PROGRAMS FOR PHYSICIANS.
