Abstract: QUARTERLY REPORT PER OMB CIRCULAR A102. "FINANCIAL STAUS REPORT" REFLECTS ALL OBLIGATIONS AND OUT LAYS (FEDERAL AND NONFEDERAL) FOR ALL OJARS GRANTS. USED TO OBTAIN FEDERAL AND STATE MONIES AND TO MEET VARIOUS RELATED REQUIREMENTS. OJARS IS ABLE TO ASCERTAIN CASH ON HAND AT SUB-GRANTEE LEVEL. ALSO PROVIDES DATA ON GRANT BY GRANT OBLIGATION TO OUTLAY RATIO NECESSARY TO OBTAIN NATION CASH FLOW PATTERNS
