This request for
clearance is approved for use through May 1982 provided that the
Department supplies information about the basis on which it
estimated an 8,562 hour burden. If that information is not provided
before March 30, 1981, the approval will automatically expire on
March 30, 1981. In issuing the PBP Handbook for FY 1982, the
Department is to delete all reference to the EEO-1 worksheet and
instructions which were in the FY 1981 Handbook and subsequently
deleted by GAL No. 28-80. Should the Department wish to revise the
PBP Handbook for any time covered by this approval, the request for
revision MUST be submitted to OMB not less than 45 days prior to
the date on which the Department expects to print the Handbook.
Changes to the Handbook without OMB approval will constitute a
violation of 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35.
