Abstract: THE BONNEVILLE POWER ADMINISTRATION HAS DEVELOPED THE SOLAR WATER HETING PILOT PROGRAM (SWHPP) TO ENCOURAGE UTILITY CUSTOMERS TO INSTALL THEIR OWN SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEMS. THIS DATA COLLECTION WILL BE USED TO ACCOUNT FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BONNEVILLE AND THE UTILITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.
