Abstract: COLLECTS DATA ON THE CONSUMPTION OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FUELS, ELECTRIC ENERGY, AND STEAM BY PETROLEUM REFINERIES. THE DATA ARE USED BY DOE TO PROJECT FUEL CONSUMPTION TRENDS AND TO MONITOR THE EFFICIENCY OF THE INDUSTRY. THE DATA ARE ALSO USED FOR FORCASTING CONSUMPTION AND CAPACITY.
