Abstract: EACH YEAR THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR SERVICE-LEARNING (FORMERLY THE NATIONAL STUDENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM-(NSVP)) SURVEYS PARTICIPANTS WHO ATTEND AN NCSL TRAINING SEMINAR TO DETERMINE THE AFFECT THE TRAINING HAD ON THEIR SERVICE-LEARNING PROGRAM. RESULTS OF EACH YEAR'S EVALUATION WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE NCSL'S TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
