Abstract: THE EVALUATION OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH PROMOTION CAMPAIGN WILL DETERMIN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MEDIA MESSAGES IN INCREASING PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONCEPT OF HEALTH RISKS. IT WILL EXAMINE INFORMATION-SEEKING AND RISK ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES OF INDIVIDUALS, AS WELL AS COMMUNITY ORGANIZING EFFORTS. FINDINGS WILL BE USED IN FUTURE MEDIA CAMPAIGNS.
