Abstract: MONTHLY SURVEY OF MAJOR CRUDE OIL REFINERS TO COLLECT DATA ON PURCHASES AND DISPOCITION OF CRUDE OIL STOCKS. DATA WILL BE USED TO MONITOR CRUDE OIL SUPPLIES ON AN OWNERSHIP BASIS AND ANALYZE CURRENT TRENDS IN CRUDE OIL MARKET.
