Abstract: THE GARDEN SURVEY (MONITORING DATA AND QUESTIONNAIRE) IS NEEDED FOR ACCURATE REGULATORY DEVELOPMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE DISTRIBUTION AND MARKETING REGULATION. INFORMATION WILL BE TABULATED AND ANALYZED TO ASSESS: CHARACTERISTIC SLUDGE USE PRACTICES, EXTENT AND MAGNITUDE OF SOIL CONTAMINATION VIA SLUDGE USE, AND DEGREE OF RISK TO U. S. POPULATION. THE SURVEY WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING OMB APPROVAL AND A FINAL REPORT WILL BE SUBMITTED ON JANUARY 1, 1982.
