AVAILABILITY OF THE FACILITIES AND PERSONNEL NEEDED TO PERFORM THE
TESTING REQUIRED" WHEN FORMULATING TESTING RULES. THE INFORMATION
GATHERED IN THIS SURVEY WILL HELP EPA ESTIMATE THE AVAILABILITY OF
TOXICOLOGICAL TESTING LABS.
