Abstract: RAILROAD SERVICE PRIOR TO 1937 CAN BE USED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS FOR ENTITLEMENT TO AND AMOUNT OF ANNUITY PROVIDED FOR UNDER SECTION 2 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT.
