Abstract: SECTION 2 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF ANNUITIES TO SPOUSES OF RETIREMENT ANNUITANTS AND WIDOW(ER)S OF DECEASED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES. THE STATEMENT WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT RESIDENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES, SPOUSE, OR WIDOW(ER). THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE VALIDITY OF A QUESTIONABLE MARRIAGE.
