Abstract: THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT PROVIDES FOR PAYMENT OF DISABILITY ANNUITIES TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES. THE REPORT WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT A DISABLED ANNUITANT'S MEDICAL TREATMENT AND WORK ACTIVITY. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THE DISABILITY BENEFITS SHOULD CONTINUE.
