Abstract: IN ADMINISTERING THE DISQUALIFICATION FOR THE VOLUNTARY WORK LEAVING PROVISION OF SECTION 4 OF THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, AN UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIM INDICATING THE CLAIMANT LEFT WORK VOLUNTARILY WILL BE INVESTIGATED. THE CERTIFICATION WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION OF DATE LEFT WORK, OTHER EMPLOYMENT AND IF THE APPLICANT FILED FOR OTHER BENEFITS. THE CERTIFICATION WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF THE LEAVING WAS IN GOOD CAUSE
