Abstract: FARMERS NEED AS MUCH MARKETING STRENGTH AS THEY CAN ATTAIN. COOPERATIVES ARE ONE OF THEIR MARKET INTERVENTIONS FOR OBTAINING READILY-AVAILABLE FERTILIZERS AND RELATED SERVICES OF HIGH QUALITY AT MINIMUM COSTS. COOPERATIVES WILL USE STUDY RESULTS TO HELP FARMERS. POLICYMAKERS AND OTHERS WILL USE THESE RESULTS TO SUPPORT COOPERATIVES.
