Abstract: AUTOMATES FILES OF APPLICATIONS FROM JOB SEEKERS AND CENTRALIZES THEM AT A SINGLE LOCATION. DOD EMPLOYMENT OFFICES LOCATED WORLDWIDE AT NEARLY 700 SITES ARE PROVIDED MICROFICHE RECORDS. THEY NO LONGER NEED TO MAINTAIN MANUAL FILES, REDUCING PAPER WORK AND IMPROVING SERVICES T THE PUBLIC.
