Abstract: CONSUMER H-E-L-P, AN AFFILIATE OF THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERITY LAW CENTER WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND EVALUATE A NATIONWIDE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY CONSUMERS.
