Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS PART OF OSM'S INITIAL REGULATORY PROGRAM AND IMPLEMENTS SECTION 502(C) AND (E) OF P.L. 95-87. THIS INFORMATION IS USED BY OSM IS BRINGING STATES OR OPERATORS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW.
