Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS PART OF OSM'S INITIAL REGULATORY PROGRAM AND IMPLEMENTS SECTION 502(C) AND (E) OF P.L. 95-87. THIS INFORMATION IS USED BY OSM IS BRINGING STATES OR OPERATORS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW. THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS EFFECTIVE UNTIL PERMANENT PROGRAMS ARE APPROVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 503, 504 OR 523 OF P.L. 95-87, AT WHICH TIME STATES WITH APPROVED PROGRAMS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULATING
