Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH OMB CIRCULARS A-95 AND A-102 THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT PERTAINS TO THE FORMAT AND CONTENT OF THE RECLAMATION GRANT APPLICATION.
