Abstract: SECTIONS 407 (C) AND 409 (E) PROVIDES THAT STATES OR INDIAN TRIBES ACCEPTING DONATIONS OF TITLE OR INTEREST IN LAND SHALL EXCUTE ACKNOWLEDTE AND RECORD A DEED OF CONVEYANCE. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY THE STATE INDIAN TRIBE AND DONATOR IN ASSURING THAT THE TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE IS CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTIVES OR REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAMS.
