Abstract: WHILE BEER IS BEING PRODUCED AND DURING ITS STORAGE ON THE PREMISES OF A BREWERY, A TAX LIABILITY ATTACHED TO THE BEER AND REMAINS UNTIL THE BEER IS LAWFULLY REMOVED FROM THE BREWERY AND THE FEDERAL EXCISE TAX IS PAID. THE BREWERS BOND PROTECTS THE FEDERAL TAX UNTIL THAT TAX IS PAID.
