Abstract: DURING THE MANUFACTURE OF VINEGAR, AN ALCOHOLIC PRODUCT IS PRODUCED AS AN INTERMEDIATE STEP. AS ALCOHOL IS INVOLVED, ATF DOES REQUIRE THAT MANUFACTURERS GIVE AN ACCOUNTING OF MATERIALS USED AND THAT STATISTICAL INFORMATION BE SUBMITTED. THIS FORM FACILITATES THE MONTH REPORTING OF THIS INFORMATION.
