Abstract: FORM IS USED TO DETERMINE THE DISPOSITION AND THE LEGALITY OF A TRANSFER OF FIREARM FROM A FEDERAL FIREARMS LECENSEE TO NONLICENSED PERSON. DESCRIBES DETAILS TO IDENTIFY THE NONLICENSED PERSON, FEDERAL FIREARMS LECENSEE, AND FIREARM. PROVIDES QUESTIONS TO THE NONLICENSED PERSON TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE FIREARM AND A RESPONSE BY A LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO DETERMINE IF HE HAS VIOLATED LAWS MAKING HIM INELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE FIREARM.
