Abstract: FORM SECURES PAYMENT OF TAX ON TOBACCO PRODUCTS REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES OF A TABACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER. THE BOND WILL SECURE PAYMENT OF TAXES WHEN TOBACCO PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW OR REGULATIONS. DESCRIBES THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER, SURETY COMPANY, AND THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THEY ARE TO PAY THE U.S. AND TO ADHERE TO.
