Abstract: FORM SECURES PAYMENT OF TAX ON TOBACCO PRODUCTS REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES OF A TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER. THE BOND WILL SECURE PAYMENT OF TAXES WHEN TOBACCO PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW OR REGULATIONS. DESCRIBES THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER, SURETY COMPANY, AND UNDER WICH THEY ARE TO PAY THE U.S.
