Abstract: STATEMENT FILED BY A DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PHYSICAL SECURITY OF BUILDINGS AND PREMISES WHERE DISTILLED SPIRITS IN BOND ARE STORED IS ADEQUATE TO PROTECT THE REVENUE.
