Abstract: APPLICATION LETTER IS USED FOR PERSON WHO WISHES TO BE EXEMPT FROM REQUIREMENTS ORDER, 26 U.S.C. CHAPTER 51, FOR APPLYING TO BE A DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANT BECAUSE SPIRITS PRODUCTION IS A BYPRODUCT OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTION. APPLICATION MUST STATE NAME AND ADDRESS OF PRODUCER, CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND SOURCE OF NONPOTABALE MIXTURE CONTAINING OF FROM WHICH SPIRITS ARE PRODUCED, METHOD OF OPERATION, AND OTHER INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY ATF.
