Abstract: LETTERHEAD APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR PERSON WHO WISHES TO EXPERIMENT TO DEVELOP MATERIALS, PROCESSES OR INDUSTRIAL USES RELATING TO SPIRITS AND THEIR PRODUCTION. MOST OF THESE APPLICAITONS ARE FOR EXPERIMENTAL DISTILLED SPIRITS PLANTS FOR PRODUCING USED, PURPOSE OF PLANT AND HOW SPIRITS ARE TO BE USED.
