Abstract: LETTERHEAD NOTICE IS NECESSARY TO NOTIFY ATF THAT BUSINESS IN WINE CELLAR OR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IS BEING DISCONTINUED FOR PROPER DISPOSITION OF WINE AND CANCELLING PERMITS AND BONDS. NOTICE MUST STATE ALL WINE, WINE SPIRITS, AND FRUIT FLAVORS HAVE BEEN LAWFULLY REMOVED OR DESTROYED, THAT NO WINES ARE INTRANSIT TO PREMISES, OR THAT A SUCCESSOR IS TAKING OVER (HIS NAME) AND WINES, SPIRITS, & FRUIT FLAVOR CONCENTRATES ARE BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE SUCCESSOR.
