IRC SECTION 6035 REQUIRES THAT EACH
U.S. CITIZEN OR RESIDENT WHO IS AN OFFICER OF DIRECTOR OF A FOREIGN
PERSONAL HOLDING COMPANY FILE AN INFORMATION RETURN CONCERNING THE
STOCK AND SECURITIES OF THE COMPANY. REGULATIONS SECTION 1.6035-1
REQUIRES THAT THIS RETURN BE MADE ANNUALLY ON FORM 957. INFORMATION
IS USED TO IDENTIFY U.S. PERSONS WHO HAVE AN INTEREST IN FOREIGN
PERSONAL HOLDING COMPANIES.
