Abstract: IRC SECTION 46 AND 48 PROVIDE FOR A BUSINESS ENERGY INVESTMENT CREDIT AS ALLOWED BY SECTION 38. SCHEDULE B (FORM 3468) PROVIDES FOR THE COMPUTATION OF THIS CREDIT. THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT IS THEN ENTERED ON FORM 3468. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF THE CREDIT.
