Abstract: IRC SECTIONS 44B, 51, 52, AND 53 PROVIDE A CREDIT TO EMPLOYERS HIRING INDIVIDUALS FORM CERTAIN TARGETED GROUPS (E.G. CERTAIN HANDICAPPED, ECONIMCALLY DISADVANTAGED, ETC.).
