Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNUAL SURVEY IS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WITH CURRENT INFORMATION ON THE LOCATION AND NUMBER OF CHILDREN IN INSTITUTIONS FOR NEGLECTED OR DELINQUENT CHILDREN, OR IN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
