Abstract: (1) ASSURE CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY EDUCATION EFFORTS; (2) ENCOURAGE THE USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC SERVICES; (3) ENCOURAGE EFFICIENT USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES; (4) DEVELOP STATE CAPACITY TO SUPPORT CONTINUED COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROGRAMS; AND, (5) ENCOURAGE THE COORDINATION OF COMMUNITY AND HUMAN SERVICES, AND ELIMATE DUPLICATION AND FRAGMENTATION OF THESE SERVICES IN STATE AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
