Abstract: PROVIDES PAYMENTS TO POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTIONS BASED ON THEIR UNDERGRADUATE VETERAN ENROLLMENT. PAYMENTS ARE BASEDON THE NUMBER OF VETERANS RECEIVING VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION OR EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDY AND THE NUMBER OF VETERANS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN SPECIAL PRE-DISCHARGE ON REMEDIAL PROGRAMS SUBSIDIZED BY THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION.
