Abstract: PROVIDES PAYMENTS TO POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTIONS BASED ON THEIR UNDERGRADUATE VETERAN ENROLLMENT. PAYMENT ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF VETERANS RECEIVING VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION OR EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDY AND THE NUMBER OF VETERANS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN SPECIAL PRE-DISCHARGE OR REMEDIAL PROGRAMS SUBSIDIZED BY THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION.
